Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

I am currently in the process of credentialing with Regence and Premera. Self-pay and out-of-network options (with superbills for reimbursement) are available now.

Do you offer in-person appointments?

Not yet. I currently offer telemedicine only, for patients located in Washington State. In-person visits in Seattle are coming soon.

What ages do you treat?

Adults, ages 18 and older, only.

Do you only prescribe medication, or do you also do therapy?

Both, and often together. I integrate medication management with psychodynamic psychotherapy and ACT based on each patient's goals. Medication is never assumed to be the only or default treatment.

When can I start?

Screening for new patients begins August 2026, with care starting September 2026.

Where are you located?

I'm based in Seattle, Washington, and I see patients via telemedicine throughout Washington State.

What don't you treat?

I do not treat active psychosis, substance use disorders, or eating disorders, and I do not see minors. This outpatient telemedicine practice is also not equipped to treat active suicidality or other acute safety risks as a primary presenting concern: these situations require a higher level of care. If your needs fall into one of these areas, I can help point you toward a referral better suited to your care.
